By purchasing any of our animals you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

AGE REQUIREMENT-

WE DO NOT SELL to anyone under the age of 18. By purchasing from Graybar Geckos, you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old.

SHIPPING POLICY-

We prioritize the health, safety, and comfort of all animals during transit. Please schedule your shipment with us after purchasing your gecko(s) by emailing us at graybargeckos@gmail.com.

All live gecko orders are shipped with a flate rate of $45 and we ship through FedEx® overnight shipping service. To ensure the safety of our animals, we do not ship geckos during the three weeks before or after Christmas. Doing so minimizes the chance of delays and during the busiest shipping season. Additionally, shipping will only take place under safe weather conditions. Temperatures under 40 or above 80, we will not ship until weather is within ideal temperatures. We ship only Monday-Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Crested geckos are legal to own and ship in all U.S. states except Hawaii. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship internationally (please read International Shipments).

Packaging

Each gecko is:

  • Placed in a secure, ventilated deli cup with a moist paper towel substrate

  • Packed inside an insulated shipping box with appropriate heat or cold packs

  • Clearly labeled as “LIVE ANIMAL – HANDLE WITH CARE”

All materials meet IATA safety standards.

Shipping Method

  • We ship to FedEx Ship Centers (hub locations) only.
    This method prevents extended exposure to temperature fluctuations and ensures the gecko is kept in a controlled environment until pickup.

  • No home deliveries are offered for live animals.

  • Buyers must pick up their gecko within 2 hours of arrival and present valid ID at pickup.

If you live within Utah, we can discuss local pickup options by appointment. Local pickups are arranged on a case-by-case basis to ensure both buyer and animal safety.

International Shipments

We are a U.S.-based seller and primarily ship within the continental United States.

If you are an international buyer and choose to use a third-party shipper or courier service, please note:

  • We are not responsible for the package once it is handed over to your chosen third-party.

  • Our Live Arrival and Health Guarantees end once the shipment is received by your courier.

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after that point.

All international arrangements are made at the buyer’s own risk.

Health & Acclimation

All geckos are:

  • Visually inspected and feeding well on Pangea or Repashy diets

  • Free of visible illness, mites, or injury

We recommend allowing your gecko to acclimate for 24–48 hours before handling after removed from shipping container.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee a live, healthy arrival if the following conditions are met:

  • The package is received within 2 hours of arrival.

  • You notify us within 1 hour with photos if there are any issues.

If all conditions are met and the animal arrives deceased, we will offer a replacement animal of similar value or store credit at our discretion.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Shipping fees are always non-refundable.

Failure to meet the above conditions VOIDS the Live Arrival Guarantee.

7-DAY HEALTH GUARANTEE

All crested geckos come with a 7-day health guarantee beginning the day of arrival.

This guarantee covers:

  • Unexpected illness or death not caused by improper care, handling, or environment.

Requirements:

  1. The gecko must be housed and cared for properly (appropriate temperatures, humidity, and enclosure).

  2. You must notify us immediately of any health concerns and provide photo/video evidence.

  3. If the animal passes away within 7 days due to a verified health issue, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Improper husbandry, accidents, or failure to follow basic care guidelines voids this guarantee.
